A fantastic project for anyone who likes being outdoors and working with animals, Riding for the Disabled (RDA) aims to provide therapy, exercise and enjoyment to people with all sorts of disabilities. Student volunteers are needed to help out on the rides either as leaders (controlling the horse) or side walkers (stabliising the rider) - some prior experience around horses is helpful, but full training is provided. The riders thoroughly enjoy this activity and we hope to not disappoint any of them, so this opportunity requires a great deal of commitment. They're especially looking for volunteers who are available on the following days:
